Amazing service! Groomer really helped us out of a pickle with a very messy cat. She was amazingly gentle and thoughtful with a nervous creature. Very professional but the environment was warming like a home, rather than clinical to help put any pet at ease. 100% recommend to anyone.

I am so pleased with Wag Central in Mytholmroyd!! Helen is patient and kind, just what my terrier needed. She understood immediately how to put him at ease so he was not at all distressed. Helen bathed and groomed him calmly, not rushing in any way. He was clearly her only priority and the end result is fabulous! He smells wonderful! For the first time his beautiful big brown eyes can be seen! The grooming room is also worth a mention, providing a clean and comfortable environment, but more homely and not clinical like a vets, all adding to the dogs being able to relax. When I telephoned Helen to make the appointment she answered straight away and was helpful and informative. I only rehomed my dog 4 months ago and he is still settling in to his new life. Being groomed and pampered is new to him but I think he is happy to get used to it! Thank you Helen, we will be regular clients now!!!

Helen has been to groom my cats Lorcan and Minnie. Lorcan is a very fluffy cat and has lots of fur around his backside which needed some grooming and TLC. Helen did a fantastic job of cleaning and cutting Lorcan's backend and he is a much happier cat as a result of this treatment. Minnie, the female cat, is normally highly suspicious to strangers but took to Helen straight away. Minnie had developed what I can only describe as two dreadlocks on her lower back and Helen dealt with these quickly and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend Helen regarding grooming of your cats. I'll definitely be using Helen's services again.
